One of the best activities we have ever had here at St George’s. Residents, staff & visitors alike boogied with their own set of personal headphones and more neon accessories than you could shake a stick at! We rounded off a fantastic afternoon with a family supper and have already booked our next session in December. Watch this space……..!!

We had a wonderful day out with a record number of residents and visitors on a glorious summers day in the beautiful Vivary Park. Ice-creams, pottering amongst the plants and a browse around the stalls were the perfect way to spend a Friday afternoon.
5 September 2018.
Well, what a party we had!! On Saturday 1st September we held our annual Summer Fayre, but this time with the exciting addition of a 100th birthday celebration for our resident Dinah. The weather was kind, the Mayor joined us and we all enjoyed sumptuous cake and fizz. Thank you to the wonderful St Georges team for making this all possible & to Dinah for sharing such a special day with us.
In true form we celebrated Christmas in Style . We enjoyed carol concerts , parties and lots of sparkle. A christmas donkey came to visit us and the staff entertained the residents at their Christmas party. We put on our party frocks and went out for lunch at the Beambridge Inn. Fred produced a wonderful lunch on Christmas Day. On New Years Eve we saw the new year in at lunch time with bubbles and the chimes, we then played traditional game in the afternoon
